His last role as CTO at Cognizant was transformational in the area of Retail technology and Digital stores of the future. 

After completing M. Tech. in Computer Science & Technology from India’s premier institute (IIT Roorkee) in 1995, Tarun has been working with Fortune 500 clients across US, UK, Europe and APAC in adopting and realizing the true value of technology enabled business change. As CTO and Chief Architect, he had undertaken various initiative like setting up Enterprise Architecture Office, Innovation Forums, Technology Center of Excellence, Customer Experience Center, Aspiring Architect Learning program in collaboration with Industry leading firms, academic institutes and start-ups.
